Introduce yourself as licensed attorney in your state that you practice in. Next, explain to client you have
received case summary including intake documents and questionnaire. Complete consultation and give
any legal advice you see fit. Please make sure to ask the following questions….
Are there any upcoming court dates, hearings, or mediations and if so when?
Does the client need to file any responses or answers to any petitions and/or motions and if so when?
Does the opposing party have counsel representing them?
Ask the client if there is any pertinent information to the case that you feel needs to be disclosed
How much do you estimate this case will cost in your state and area?
Will you be the attorney of record on the case going forward?

Once you have completed the consultation advise the client they will now be in communication with
processing at 888‐308‐4084. Any further direct communication between you and the client will be
scheduled by the firms processing department.
Please advise clients to fax any additional pertinent documents to 888‐589‐4346 or to scan and email
them to
***Upon completion of call please email us the following two pieces of information
1) Email notes on your consultation with client
2) If you are going to be the attorney of record for the file moving forward
3) Your direct advice on how we should proceed with the case
4) Attach any templates of any documents that we will need to draft or website
address of where the templates can be found

After you return this information I will assign you to your paralegal and he or she will be your point of contact moving forward
